Terms and Conditions of 135bet — Rules of Platform Usage

By accessing, creating an account, or using any service on the platform 135bet — available at 135bet.click — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gambling rules published on this site. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not authorized to use the services of the 135bet.

Acceptance of the Terms is confirmed at the time of registration, when the user checks the mandatory acceptance box during the account creation process. Continued use of the platform following any update to this document is also interpreted as tacit acceptance of the new conditions, provided the user has been notified of the changes through the official channels of 135bet.

To create and maintain an active account on 135bet, the user must cumulatively meet the following requirements:

• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF that is active with the Receita Federal;
• Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information during registration;
• Not be subject to any legal or judicial restriction that prevents participation in betting activities;
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 135bet employee;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Code.

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 135bet. Creating multiple accounts — even with different details — to obtain additional bonuses or circumvent imposed limits is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved and a permanent ban from the platform.

The 135bet reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify identity, age, or ownership of the registered payment methods. Failure to submit the required documents within the requested timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

The user is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their login credentials — email, password, and any additional authentication factors. The 135bet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in the account settings panel.

Any activity carried out from an account — including bets, deposits, and withdrawal requests — is the responsibility of the account holder. In cases of unauthorized access or suspected account compromise, the user must immediately contact the support team at 135bet for emergency blocking.

• Never share your password with anyone, including 135bet staff — the support team will never ask for your password;
• Use a unique, strong password that is different from the ones you use on other services;
• Keep your registered email accessible and up to date to receive security notifications;
• Access the platform only from trusted networks and devices;
• Log out when you're done using the platform on shared devices.

The 135bet may preemptively suspend an account if unusual activity is detected, such as login attempts from multiple locations or patterns suggesting misuse of the platform. In such cases, the user will be notified by email with guidance on how to restore access.

All financial transactions on the 135bet are processed in Brazilian reais (R$). The platform does not operate in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversions. The accepted payment methods are:

In cases of suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of payment methods, 135bet reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing for as long as necessary to conduct an investigation, without this constituting any default on the part of the platform.

The 135bet offers Sports Betting across more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international leagues), basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball Superliga, MMA and UFC, e-sports (CS2, CBLOL, VALORANT), tennis, NFL, and much more. The platform also features crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, and others), Live Casino with roulette and blackjack, and poker rooms.

By placing a bet, the user accepts the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds may be changed by the 135bet before confirmation in cases of obvious pricing errors. A confirmed bet recorded in the system is binding — users cannot cancel or change a selection after confirmation, except through the cash out feature where available.

• The 135bet reserves the right to suspend markets and bets in extraordinary circumstances, such as force majeure events, suspected match-fixing, or serious technical failures;
• Bets placed on events that are canceled or not completed due to force majeure will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the user's balance;
• The use of bots, automated scripts, or any technical means to exploit odds is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure;
• The 135bet may limit the maximum bet amount per event, per market, or per user at its sole discretion, with no prior justification required.

Odds display errors — including values clearly inconsistent with the market or resulting from technical failures — are not binding on the 135bet. Bets placed based on incorrect odds may be voided, with the wagered amount returned to the user's balance.

The 135bet offers bonuses and promotions as announced on the platform's Promotions page. Each bonus has its own specific conditions — validity period, rollover requirement, minimum eligible odds, valid markets, and winnings withdrawal cap — which are described in the corresponding offer and take precedence over the general terms in this section in the event of any conflict.

The standard welcome bonus is 100% on your first deposit up to R$ 500.00. To activate it, the user must make their first deposit after registration and, where applicable, enter the corresponding promotional code. The general conditions of the welcome bonus are:

• Rollover of 5x the bonus amount on Sports Betting or eligible games;
• Minimum odds of 1.50 for Sports Betting wagers to count toward the rollover;

The VIP Program of 135bet consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Obsidian. Every registered user is automatically placed in the Bronze tier upon sign-up, with no separate enrollment required. VIP points are earned on every valid bet placed on the platform, across all available categories.

Level promotions are automatic once your total accumulated points reach the threshold for the next level. Benefits at each level include, among others: automatic weekly cashback (from 3% at Bronze to 15% at Obsidian), monthly reload bonuses, higher withdrawal limits, faster processing times, and — from Diamond onwards — access to a dedicated account manager.

The 135bet reserves the right to adjust the scoring tables, tier requirements, and benefits of the VIP Program at any time, with prior notice to users via email or an in-platform notice. A tier downgrade may occur if a user fails to meet the minimum activity requirements within a period defined by 135bet.

The 135bet has a serious commitment to responsible gambling. Betting should be a form of entertainment — never a financial solution, a way to chase losses, or a source of income. The platform provides the following control tools in every user's dashboard:

• Deposit limit — Daily, weekly, and monthly limits, configurable by the user at any time;
• Temporary break — Users may suspend their account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion — Permanent account closure at the user's request, with no possibility of reopening;
• Full history — Access to the full history of bets and financial transactions for personal tracking.

The 135bet does not accept deposits from users who are under an active self-exclusion period. It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the 135bet without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of 135bet's intellectual property may result in legal action under Law No. 9.279/1996 (Industrial Property Law) and Law No. 9.610/1998 (Copyright Law).

The 135bet is not liable for financial losses arising from betting or participation in gambling — the outcome of bets is unpredictable and the platform does not guarantee winnings. The user acknowledges that betting involves real financial risk and that the amount wagered may be lost.

The 135bet is also not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or technical failures;

• Delays in financial transactions caused by third parties (banks, card processors, the Central Bank);

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the Portuguese-language support team at 135bet. Prior to closure, any available balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the withdrawal rules in effect. Bonus balance with a pending rollover requirement will be forfeited with no right to compensation.

The 135bet may unilaterally close or suspend an account in the following situations, without prejudice to others provided for in these Terms:

• Providing false information during registration or verification;
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or limits;
• Use of bots, scripts, or systematic exploitation of odds errors;
• Suspected money laundering or other illegal activities;
• Discovery that the user is under 18 years of age;

In cases of closure due to suspected fraud or illegal activity, the 135bet may retain the account balance for as long as necessary for investigation and, where applicable, cooperate with the relevant Brazilian authorities.

The 135bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via their registered email and through a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 (seven) days before taking effect. Minor changes — such as spelling corrections or formatting adjustments with no impact on content — may be implemented without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after a new version of these Terms takes effect constitutes tacit acceptance of the changes. If the user disagrees with the new conditions, they must close their account before the new version's effective date and withdraw any available balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including but not limited to the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018), and the sports betting regulations currently in force in the country.

For the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the platform 135bet, the parties elect the courts of the district of São Paulo — SP, waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be. Before taking any legal action, the user must contact the support team at 135bet for an amicable resolution attempt.
